Overview
The aerial cableway from Wasserauen (868m above sea level) to the Ebenalp (1644m above sea level) has existed since 1955 and attracts up to 200,000 visitors a year. The summit station of the aerial cableway situated on the high plateau of the Ebenalp is the starting point for many wonderful and relaxing walks in the Alpstein region.
